3. 3 Accurate Information.You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must maintain the accuracy of this information throughout your use of jdbdt. Providing false identity information is grounds for immediate account termination.
4. 4 Personal Use Only.Your jdbdt account is for personal and recreational use only. You may not operate your account on behalf of a third party, use automated software (bots) to interact with the Platform, or share your login credentials with any other person.

Registration

Account Registration and Security

Upon closure, any withdrawable balance will be processed to your verified payment method after satisfying any applicable wagering requirements. jdbdt also reserves the right to close or suspend any account for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe.

4. 4 Withdrawal Timing.jdbdt aims to process all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. In practice, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad from KYC-verified accounts are typically completed significantly faster. jdbdt is not responsible for delays caused by payment network processing times, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. 5 Own Funds Only.You must only deposit funds that belong to you and which you are legally entitled to use. jdbdt strictly prohibits deposits made using funds derived from illegal activity. If jdbdt suspects that deposited funds are connected to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal conduct, the account will be suspended and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

jdbdt offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is awarded:

4. 4 Abuse of Bonuses.jdbdt operates systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated wagering designed to exploit promotional terms, creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, and use of low-risk wagering strategies specifically intended to clear wagering requirements without genuine play. Where bonus abuse is identified, jdbdt reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to suspend the account.

Conduct

Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

jdbdt is committed to providing a fair and secure platform for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

1. 1 Fraud and Collusion.Any attempt to defraud jdbdt or other players, including but not limited to chip dumping in live casino games, match-fixing in sports betting, or coordinating wagers with other players to gain an unfair advantage, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
2. 2 Automated Play.The use of bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated software to interact with jdbdt games, betting markets, or account functions is strictly forbidden. jdbdt employs detection systems to identify automated behaviour and will terminate accounts found to be using such tools.
3. 3 Exploitation of Errors.If a technical error, software malfunction, or odds pricing error results in an incorrectly displayed balance, odds, or payout, jdbdt is not obligated to honour transactions made at erroneous values. jdbdt reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances where a manifest error is identified. Users who knowingly exploit errors will face account suspension.
4. 4 Chargebacks.Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute against jdbdt through your payment provider while retaining account funds or winnings is considered fraudulent conduct. jdbdt will contest all unjustified chargebacks and may pursue recovery of disputed amounts through available legal channels. Accounts subject to active chargebacks will be suspended immediately.

Liability

jdbdt's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jdbdt's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes

Amendments to These Terms

jdbdt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When jdbdt makes material changes to these Terms, the revision date at the top of this page will be updated. For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, jdbdt will provide advance notice via your registered email address where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the jdbdt platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using jdbdt immediately and may request closure of your account by contacting jdbdt support. jdbdt will process any withdrawable balance in accordance with the Terms in effect at the time of your account closure request. Continued use of jdbdt after an amendment is posted constitutes binding acceptance of the new Terms, regardless of whether you have reviewed them.
